The meeting was called to order by Shirley Metcalf.
The Treasurer’s report was given and accepted. $83.32 was transferred to Shirley & Bob Metcalf from Joan LaComb & Paul McGrath. $35.49 was paid to Carolyn & Gene Kaczka for the delicious Pork dinner on July 24, 2004. $20 in dues has been collected thus far leaving a balance of $67.83.
The minutes of the last meeting (Kaczka’s) were read and approved.
Dave Bray was thanked for all of his hard work over the years in developing and updating the ski club web site.
A copy of the July web site page with photographs was passed around for those who do not have access to a computer.
Under old business:
Privacy of the list of the e-mail members was discussed, Dave Bray reminded all that the password protects members’ private information.
New business:
Bob Meyer reported that the LaPetite Rouge trip is scheduled for February 4 through 6, 2005. The fee will be $163 Canadian per person for the 2 night stay which includes food and cross country skiing.
Some dues were paid.
October 17, 2004, Jutta & Joe Fitzsimons have offered their new home in Colton at 4:30 PM, directions are on the Ski Club home page.
The callers for this meeting will be Cathy Petersen and Joanne Partch.
November 20, 2004, Joanne & Dick Partch have offered their home for the Thanksgiving meeting, which will feature a traditional Turkey dinner at 5 PM.
The callers for this meeting will be Joan LaComb and Sue Meyer.
Sunday, December 12, 2004, Shirley & Bob Metcalf will host the Christmas meeting at 5 PM.
Spiral Ham will be the Christmas feast.

Bill Petersen celebrated his 60th Birthday with a cake, which all enjoyed!
Thanks to Cathy & Bill Petersen for their hospitality as hosts tonight.
