Minutes of the Business Meeting

Potsdam Après Ski Club

Hosts: Jutta and Joe Fitzsimons
Attendees were:

Telly & Dave Bray, Jutta & Joe Fitzsimons, Doris & Ron Frazer, Sue & Bob Gibbs, Gene Kaczka, Trish & Bill Lewis, Judy Lowell, Dorothy & Bill Mein, Shirley & Bob Metcalf, Susan & Bob Meyer, Russ Nelson, Joanne & Dick Partch, Cathy & Bill Petersen and Sandy & Mel Tomalty.

Guests were: Jonathan, Josephine and Julius Gueverra and Sue Northrup.

The meeting was called to order by Shirley Metcalf. The Treasurer’s report was given and accepted. $120 in dues has been collected thus far leaving a balance of $167.83.

The minutes of the last meeting (Petersen’s) were read and approved.

A copy of the September web site and photographs was passed around for those who do not have access to a computer.

Old business:

Bob Meyer reported that the LaPetite Rouge trip is scheduled for February 4 through 6, 2005. The fee will be $163 Canadian per person for the 2 night stay which includes food and cross country skiing. There are rooms still available if skiers call him in the near future.

New business:

November 20, 2004, Joanne & Dick Partch have offered their home for the Thanksgiving meeting, which will feature a traditional Turkey dinner at 5 PM. The callers for this meeting will be Joan LaComb and Sue Meyer.

Sunday, December 12, 2004, Shirley & Bob Metcalf will host the Christmas meeting at 5 PM. Spiral Ham will be the Christmas feast. The caller for this meeting will be Shirley Metcalf.

Thanks to Cathy & Bill Petersen for their hospitality as hosts tonight.

Ski trips to Mt. Tremblant, Whiteface, Titus and Smuggler’s Notch were discussed
